​The transformation at 1475 St. Moritz in Windcliff Estates is reaching a massive milestone! We’ve officially transitioned from the ground up into the heavy structural phase. Here is the latest from the site:

​STRUCTURAL STEEL: A huge shoutout to True Fabrication and Welding! They have already been on-site and successfully laid the critical structural steel, providing the "bones" for our four-story layout.

​Walrite is made incredible progress, stacking new layers of Nudura forms. This specific ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) system is being integrated with the steel to create a fortress-strong, energy-efficient home.

​FRAMING UNDERWAY: Mountain View Custom Builders has officially kicked off the framing stage, working alongside the steel to define the living spaces.

​FOUNDATION & SLAB: This all sits on the rock-solid slab recently completed by Center Line Concrete, ensuring a perfect level for the floors to come.

​LOGISTICAL MIGHT: Our crane, "Little Bro'," is still the MVP, helping navigate the vertical challenges of this terrain alongside the heavy-duty equipment from our partners.

​PRECISION GRADING: Throughout it all, Fairbanks Excavation is still hard at work, handling ongoing grading to master this steep, challenging terrain.

​The action is non-stop at 1475 St. Moritz in Windcliff Estates! This four-story townhome is a true mountain challenge, and the team is rising to meet it!

​EXCAVATION & CRANE: completed the steep slope excavation, creating a massive 35-foot hole! Our trusted crane, affectionately named Little Bro' is now on-site, ready to assist in lowering all necessary materials and tools into the depths.

​FOUNDATION & ICF: After gave final grade shots, the team held a critical meeting of the minds (seen here!) to finalize construction adjustments. then expertly poured the foundation and constructed the ICF walls. Huge credit to and for expertly navigating the steep slopes to deliver and pump the concrete.

​POWER ON! The site is officially energized! Darling Enterprise Electrical Division successfully installed our main electrical box and secured the approval for temporary electric. This is a crucial step forward!

🏗️ Vertical Progress Soaring at 293 Overlook Court!

​We've moved past the foundation and slab and into the vertical structure! The home is officially taking shape, and the views from inside are spectacular.

​The critical structural steel is successfully being installed. This framework ensures the building's strength and stability, especially for those beautiful open spaces and the upcoming roof structure.

​The framing is flying! The exterior walls are standing tall, and the individual rooms are now taking shape on both Level 1 and Level 2. It’s incredibly rewarding to walk through the defined living spaces.

​The garage floor slab has been poured, providing another solid, finished surface for the home.

One of the most exciting architectural elements is coming to life—the turret is being framed up! This feature will add distinct charm and character to the home's profile, providing unique spaces inside and stunning curb appeal outside.

❄️ Winter Warriors of Construction: Mastering Mountain Engineering! 🏔️

​They said it would be a tough build; a two-story garage in the Rocky Mountain fall!

This project on a steep hillside was an incredible test of engineering, starting in the beautiful autumn leaves and complete despite the challenges of early winter.

​The foundation work alone required serious excavation to carve into the mountain slope, followed by an incredibly tricky concrete pour on the steep, challenging incline. It took skill and absolute focus to ensure the stability needed for a two-story structure on this terrain.

​We successfully battled through the early snow to complete the frame, siding, and roofing.

The final result is a beautiful, modern mountain structure! We maximized the upper story's potential, delivering a space that features windows for ample natural light and all the storage our client could ever need.

​Big thanks to the entire team for their dedication and to the owners for trusting us with this amazing project!
