Today, we had a small gathering with some photos and video of the Geddis Family stepping into their new home for the first time. It was an amazing experience!

Housing restrictions are already difficult enough in rural Lane County. Now, our state wants to limit building anything even more.
Please submit testimony.

If passed, HB 3197 would allow a local government to apply vague and subjective standards that discourage needed housing through unreasonable cost or delay to housing being built outside of UGBs, including in unincorporated areas, rural residential neighborhoods, on farmland, and more.

Heather Buch, Joe Berney and Laurie Trieger all refused to support my efforts to make it easier to build a home...
