Lane County Market Update 🏡

The market continued to cool in August, with fewer homes coming on the market compared to last year and fewer sales closing. Buyer activity is still there, but homes are taking longer to sell, which means buyers can afford to be more selective and sellers need to be thoughtful about pricing and presentation.
The good news? Home values have remained remarkably steady, even as overall activity has slowed. We’re seeing a more balanced market where well-priced, well-prepared homes are still getting attention, while homes that miss the mark on price are taking longer to move.
