These are the days that I love. 💕

Soccer game watching in the rain. Freezing cold and loving every minute. ⚽️🌧️

I do wish time would slow down, but it just doesn’t.

Of course, I can’t help but think about real estate in all the things that I do. Including sitting at a rainy soccer game!

It is always amazing when you think about how where you end up buying a place to live makes such a difference in the life you live! 🏠

The friends you will have. The neighbors you end up with. The activities you will be doing!

I don’t take helping you find a home lightly for all of these reasons. 🏠

This spring seems to be my year to have the buyers! 🌸🏡

It’s so much fun to see how the house hunting progression goes.

Most buyers follow a pretty similar pattern with some variations depending on personality.

It truly feels though, when it’s right it just feels right! 🔎🧲🏡

It’s like there is the right house just out there waiting to be found by the right people…we just need to knock on some of the wrong doors first.

An interesting, not shocking phenomenon with the higher inventory in the Denver metro market…

Buyers have a lot more houses to see. 🏡🏡🏡🏡🏡🏡🏡🏡🏡🏡🏡

This can be exhausting!

Especially if a buyer is bringing their two year-old along. (Based on a true story).

One thing you can do is leave out some bottles of water and a little kid friendly (or not!) travel snack for the buyers.

This way, when they are going through the houses, they saw that day they have a talking point…

What about the “snack house”? That one was nice….
