We did it!! 🙌This one in Monitor ct is officially record-breaking for the neighborhood! 🏡🔥

Sometimes real estate comes with unexpected twists, and this home definitely had its journey. When the first contract fell through, my sellers were understandably disappointed. But instead of panicking, we regrouped, made strategic updates to the home, and even increased the asking price.
