You didnt think you could ever have a rooftop terrace, did you?. Well, the price just lowered and I have an OPEN HOUSE today from 12-3p. If you're curious, you may want to get in to see it today! It's also an end unit with upgraded, oversized window.
- Listen, I've been in a LOT of these style townhomes. Sometimes they just try to force fit upgrades, but these, rooftop included, just flow perfectly. AND there is an office on the main level, or studio, or flex space or whatever. This place has solved ALL of the minor inconveniences that come with this flavor home. Also, it's so bright in here, I almost forgot to turn on the lights before the open started! It's pretty amazing. OR, if you just want to stop by to bring me a Lavender Matcha Oatmilk Latte, I wouldn't be mad about that either :) haha, See you soon!
