Looking back on the past few years, I'm filled with gratitude for the amazing clients, friends, family, and colleagues who have supported me and trusted me with one of life's biggest decisions. Every home, every conversation, and every relationship has taught me something new, and I'm thankful for those opportunities.

Happy National Teacher's Day to all of the wonderful educators out there! I bet we can all think of at least one teacher who shaped us, influenced us, or motivated us in our lives. I'm forever grateful for those who make it their mission to do it day in and day out!

Now that April is over, I have to take a second to reflect on such an eventful month!

1) Had a listing that proved staging and presentation are crucial to getting the value out of your home that you're looking for.
2) Had a super patient buyer who had looked at many, many homes but the one they found is absolutely perfect. Appraisal came in toward their favor and made it even more affordable for them.
3) Had a buyer who had their eye on a duplex/rental opportunity who found the perfect one! Great option to be able to make revenue back on their investment who put in a strong offer and negotiated many updates due to inspections.

Long story short, real estate can be eventful and different for every person! I'm so thankful for these opportunities and their trust during these momentous processes.
