Welcome to my most recently completed staging project.

317 West 87th Street, Ph B. This 1 bedroom, fully renovated apartment with amazing natural light and the wraparound private outdoor space that is deeded to the apartment is a one of a kind find! Designer finishes throughout include hardwood floors, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an in-unit washer and dryer, custom built-in closets. The wraparound terrace has water views and is perfect for indoor outdoor living when weather permits.

The overall investment into this staging was about one percent of the target list price. I received posirive feedback from the broker that the staging increased the perceived value of the apartment by $100k.

I am currently accepting appointments for consultations for fall stagings.

Working on this gorgeous 1 bed, 1.5 bath penthouse on UWS, it features a beautiful chef's kitchen and an enormous wraparound. Terrace with outdoor entertaining space and water views of the hudson river. Stay tuned for the finished product.

Hey guys! It is still a bit humid here, and we are working not far from the hudson river, so definitely experiencing humidity from the river front. Here is day two of staging, and we are making a lot of progress, bringing in some really beautiful details, more to come

It is with the greatest sadness that I share with you that my Mom, Shirley Nilan passed at 9:38 pm this evening, June 29th, 2026. She lived a long life, was deeply loved and will be missed. Thank you to everyone that has reached out over the past week as we navigated through her final days with us.
