19 days from first contact to closing!
I think this one may officially be a new record for me.
These buyers were referred to me by a local lender and first reached out on the morning of August 24th. We met the very next day for their buyer consultation, and afterward I showed them two homes.
Sometimes it takes months of searching. Sometimes you walk into a house on Day 2 and just know.
One of those homes checked all the boxes, they fell in love with it, and we wrote an offer. By Friday, August 28th, they were officially under contract.
Then came the really impressive part.
Their lender told us he could make a 15-day closing happen, which actually turned into just 14 days, including the Labor Day holiday! He and his team absolutely knocked it out of the park, getting everything pushed through so efficiently that we had clear to close after just ONE WEEK.
Today, only 19 days after that very first text, these buyers get the keys to their new home.
It’s a pretty great reminder that buying a home doesn’t always have to be a long process. When the right house appears and you have the right team working together behind the scenes, things can move incredibly quickly.
So excited for these buyers as they start this next chapter, and very grateful for the lender who trusted me with the referral and then helped make this whirlwind closing possible!
19 days from “Hi, we’re looking for a Realtor” to “Welcome home.”
That’s going to be a tough record to beat!
