Closed in Copley!

This townhome found its new owner quickly — just 2 days on the market, multiple offers, sold over asking, and closed in 24 days!

But beyond the numbers, this sale was really about helping my seller take the next step and transition into her next chapter with confidence.

This closing was an extra special one.

I had the opportunity to help my neighbors sell their beautiful home, and it was such an honor to be part of the process.
