What is it with me and animals! I have had 3 showings in less than 24 hours and I’ve encountered 4 unexpected dogs, one cat, and two chickens. I love animals but I like to have some warning too! Let’s see who or what next week brings in my real estate world. I’m ready!

I was so grateful for a wonderful morning in Morgantown, WV. My students and co workers worked hard and had a great race today. What a celebration of being a girl! My grand daughter and son in law also had a great finish and my daughter and I got to work a race together. It sure has been a long time since we did that.

I wish when people are out and about they would just take the “how’s the market” question off the table! I doubt most people don’t watch the big banks and stocks and interest rates etc every day? And let’s face it, nobody can make market predictions and getting back to 3 percent isn’t happening now. But you know what is happening? More babies, so you need another bathroom. What else is happening? Work commutes and high gas prices! So you need a better location. I know another one! Divorce and death of a spouse! So you need to downsize. When life happens it’s not about the market, it’s about how I can help you improve your lifestyle. So ask the right question, and I’ll help find the answer. Is now a good time for me to buy? Maybe yes and maybe no. But it’s time to reach out and start the discussion because 🏡
