Two stall barn available for horse boarding, with attached 1+ acre fenced area. Private turnout in 1/2 acre, or 2 horse turnout in 1+ acre, or if they all get along 6 horse max turnout in larger area (full care only). Self care available if you are close enough to do feedings, or ala carte services up to full care. Starting at $300 per month per stall self care, or rent both stalls $550 per month starting with self care ($600 full care 1 stall, $1150 both stalls full care). Farm owner lives on site, cameras/fans/heated water in the winter, many checks throughout the day. Blankets or fly wear added/removed with full care or ala carte services at no charge (well behaved horses). A mile long trail on property, adding perks as we grow.
