🏡 Things I wish more people knew about real estate…

You do NOT need to be ready to buy or sell before talking to a Realtor.

Sometimes the conversation starts with:

“Maybe next year.”
“I have no idea what I can afford.”
“I need to sell, but where would I even go?”
“My credit probably isn't ready.”
“I’m just curious what my house is worth.”

Those conversations count, too.

You don’t need a plan before you reach out — sometimes the conversation is how the plan starts. ❤️

👀 Something has definitely changed in the market…

Buyers are getting CHOICES again. 🏡🏡🏡

Instead of every new listing feeling like a race to the finish line, we’re seeing more homes available, price adjustments happening, and buyers having a little more time to actually think before making a move.

Does that mean every house is suddenly a bargain? Nope. 😂

But it DOES mean there may be opportunities out there that weren’t available to buyers a few months ago.
