One of my favorite all-time listings...
The Fall 2022 season brought gorgeous foliage to Northern Virginia. I was especially blessed with a home to sell that was surrounded by trees in sought after Wessynton, near George Washington's Mount Vernon. The original owners had an amazing story that completely captivated me. What a privilage to be trusted to be part of the transition team. The experience reminded me once again why I love my job.

Rough Day for our Redfin Family - A reflection of the continuous hike in home pricing for many years met with an abrupt increase in interest rates, reducing home ownership affordability across the country.
