My Realtor Story
Sean Bugg has been a Realtor since 2016, licensed in and serving Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. He specializes in helping first-time and move-up buyers find their perfect homes in a highly competitive market. A former journalist, he understands that the most important skill is to listen - to hear and understand the needs and wants of his clients. He is also deeply committed to educating clients about the process of buying or selling a home.
Sean has the same commitment to education for himself, constantly working to learn more about the market and industry. He has completed the Graduate Realtor Institute designation, and is a certified trainer for the Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA).
A member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR), he was selected for the organization's 2019 Leadership Institute and serves on the NVAR Leadership Development Advisory Group.
Outside of his work as a Realtor, Sean is deeply involved in supporting the local LGBT community, particularly building opportunities for LGBTQ youth. His community work has been honored by Capital Pride, the Gay and Le***an Activists Alliance, the Asian Pacific-Islander Alliance, D.C. Different Drummers, and more. When not working, you're most likely to find him on a tennis court, with a book, or playing games with friends and family.
