We’re down here getting it done. One crew is on the water prepping for an upcoming stair project, while another team is in the shop building docks and getting everything ready for the season ahead.

It’s extremely important that docks built in advance are stored properly indoors. This helps prevent premature warping, sun damage, and discoloration before installation. Fortunately, we have the capability to store all of our builds inside our warehouse, ensuring they stay in top condition until they’re ready to go in the water.

We just went live with a Facebook video explaining what’s coming over the next few weeks. It’s a longer video, but if you can stick with it until the end, it would mean a lot—the ending is especially important.

We’ve recently been dealing with a wave of spam and fraudulent activity, where random people are leaving negative Google reviews and then demanding $500 to take them down. It’s frustrating, and honestly, not how we do business.

We don’t ask for much, and we’ve always tried to take care of as many people as we can. So if we’ve ever helped you out in the past, we’d really appreciate you taking five minutes to leave us a 5-star review on Google or Facebook. Word of mouth goes a long way, and it helps us push back against these fake reviews.

Well guys, we were able to secure some inventory. As many of you may have heard, Dock-Tech is officially out of business. We’ve had a lot of people reaching out about corner guards, and we currently have 16 available at $39.99 each.

As many of you know, we stopped carrying their docks and products several years ago for a variety of professional reasons. Unfortunately, it appears they continued down that same path and have now gone out of business.

We understand the demand for replacement parts is high right now, and we’re doing everything we can to help get customers taken care of. If you’re needing parts for your docks or repairs completed, don’t hesitate to reach out.

We could definitely use a little rain, but the weather couldn’t have been better for this project. The customers wanted to make sure the posts were set deep and built to last, along with a staircase that was solid and dependable—and we’re proud to say we nailed it. The COE required full access to properly mark the terrain, while the customer needed a safe, reliable way to reach their dock system. Projects like this are why we love what we do, and we’re grateful to work in such a beautiful area. river dock repair.

We’re Hiring! Join Our Team

What’s going on everyone! It’s that time of year again and we’re gearing up for another busy season. We’re looking to add a few great people to our team.

Front Desk Position
Responsibilities include helping customers with questions, assisting with orders, maintaining the front retail area, and helping coordinate with the build/install crew to keep jobs running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
• Comfortable using a POS system
• Organized and able to keep track of paperwork
• Good communication and customer service skills

Build Team Crew Member
The build team is responsible for constructing various styles of dock systems including wood, steel, and fully composite docks. During the winter months, the team also builds staircases and porches.

We understand most people don’t come in already knowing aquatic carpentry — this position includes learning on the job.
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of tools and how they function
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Willingness to learn and work as a team

Dock Installation Crew Member
This position helps install dock systems across various lakes in Kentucky.

Requirements:
• Able to work in heat and changing weather conditions
• Able to take instruction well
• Fast learner and teachable
• Works well with a team

Installing docks can seem intimidating at first, but we will train you and show you how to do it the right way.

Team camaraderie is extremely important to the success of our company, and we’re looking for people who want to be part of a solid team environment.
