Ryker used some of his fair winnings to buy more chicks!

He wanted big chickens to show along with his little chickens! He picked the Indio Gigante. Luckily we found someone local and he even gave Ryker a 5th chick for free.

The Indio Gigante is a hard-feathered Brazilian chicken breed, characterized by feathers that lie tightly against the body with minimal underlying down.

Preparing for winter before the rain begins. Rainfall here is relentless, resulting in mud and an abundance of it. Shavings and rocks serve as effective measures to control and prevent mud from accumulating on the animals.

These dang birds like to get stuck in the other coops 😂 they can fly so they fly out of their coop and can’t fly out of the other ones 🤦🏻‍♀️
