Spent the day in Abilene today, and the growth here is hard to miss.

Abilene is now one of the main places tied to Stargate, the AI infrastructure project backed by OpenAI, SoftBank, and Oracle. The campus here is over 1,000 acres and expanding fast.

You can see the impact everywhere. RV parks are full, many are already adding Phase 2 and Phase 3, and construction around the Stargate site is moving fast with new buildings, foundations, and crews across the area.

With thousands of outside workers coming into a city this size, housing is feeling the pressure and demand is rising quickly.
