June was filled with due diligence periods, inspections, underwriting, appraisals, and all of the behind the scenes work that most people never see. Every conversation, showing, document, and late night phone call led to three very special closings this month. 🏡

My 1️⃣ clients came to me through Zillow. We began our search in the Royal Oak corridor but eventually realized that St. Clair Shores was exactly where they wanted to be. Being near the water, downtown, the marina, and all of the amazing restaurants made it the perfect fit, and I am so excited they get to enjoy their new home this summer.

My 2️⃣ closing was especially meaningful because these clients are close friends. Jeff and I worked together many years ago at The Copper Mug in Walled Lake. After reconnecting last fall, he and his beautiful significant other, Kim, were ready to begin their search. Helping friends navigate such an important milestone is something I never take lightly, and I could not be happier for them.

My 3️⃣ closing was another unique Zillow connection. These clients currently live in Florida but wanted a Michigan home where they could spend their summers with family. After touring many homes and working together through video tours and constant communication, we found the perfect home in West Bloomfield. Their trust throughout the process meant so much to me, and I truly enjoyed helping them make this dream a reality.
