intenance repairs for 500 residential apartments consisting of both family and elderly housing. Pinnacle Maintenance LLC provides service on all apartment appliances, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures and apartment turnovers. Along with the skilled labor we also provide inventory management, capitol needs assessment, REACT/HUD pre-inspections and after hours emergency services. The apartment turnover is complete with painting, maintenance repairs, remodeling and cleaning. The apartments are located in Danbury, Manchester, Hartford, Meriden, Hamden and Farmington. In my previous career as a property manager, I managed 1260 apartments. During my 15 year tenure as property manager, I proudly completed over 3500 apartment turnovers. Additionally, I dispatched over 10,000 service repair calls annually. Therefore, Pinnacle Maintenance was built on hard work, dedication and honesty.
