🔥🏡 **TIANNA KING IS OUT HERE KILLING IT!** 🏡🔥

Tianna is GRINDING and continuing to push toward every goal she sets for herself! 💪✨

From working with **new construction and a local builder**, to helping her clients find their **dream home — or BUILD their dream home from the ground up** 🏗️🔑 — Tianna is making things happen!

But what we love most about Tianna goes far beyond real estate. ❤️ She also gives her time to work with the **youth in our community**, helping them develop additional life skills and encouraging them as they grow.

This beautiful soul truly has a **heart of gold**. 💛 She works hard, gives back, supports her community, and somehow continues to make it all look easy!

We see you, Tianna, and we are SO proud of you! Keep grinding, keep reaching those goals, and keep being the incredible person you are.

**We love you, Tianna!** ❤️🏡🔥

🎉 **SHOUT OUT TO CRYSTAL SNOW-PEREA!** 🎉

Congratulations to **Crystal Snow-Perea** on reaching the **$2 MILLION CLUB!** 🏡👏

Between spending time with her favorite wiener dog 🐾, camping 🏕️, being part of a wedding 💍, and helping keep our Property Management Department running, Crystal still finds the time to help her clients achieve their **homeownership goals!** 🔑❤️

Her hard work, dedication, and commitment to the people she serves continue to show. We are so proud to have Crystal as part of the **San Juan Realty family** and excited to celebrate another well-earned accomplishment!

Happy Birthday Chuck!!!!

With all the rain and flooding we have had, there are sand bags available! We just wanted to share this information.

https://www.facebook.com/share/1DtmZVN5xa/

SANDBAGS AVAILABLE!

After last week's heavy rain and flooding, we know how important it is to keep our community protected. With more rain potential in the forecast, sandbags are available to help keep your home safe and dry.

You can pick them up in the blue dispensers behind the Farmington Recreation Center (1101 Fairgrounds Rd). They are first-come, first-served—please take what you need to protect your property and leave enough for your neighbors! 🤝

NOTE: Please bring your own shovel or scoop.
