Hello everyone! We hope the first week of April brought everyone lots of joy, after all, spring is finally starting to show itself!
We are very excited to announce some upcoming events, as well as some brand new services the village has to offer!
This Saturday at 1:30, we will be hosting another "Food not Bombs" drop! We will be handing out mac-and-cheese (with or without peas), bread, fruit salad, and hot tea, all completely free! See the flyer below for the location!
Join us Sun, Apr 26, 2026 6:00 PM - Sun, Jul 19, 2026 6:00 PM for "The Artist’s Way" A 12 Week Facilitated Group For Creative Growth. This 12-week facilitated circle follows the beloved framework of The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron and is designed to help participants reconnect with their creative voice in a supportive and nurturing environment. Through weekly zoom gatherings, reflection, and creative exercises, participants will explore creative blocks, build sustainable artistic practices, and cultivate a deeper sense of curiosity and inspiration. Throughout the course of the 12 weeks there will be four comprehensive in person workshops This is not an “art” class and no artistic experience is required. Writers, painters, musicians, makers, and the creatively curious alike are all welcome. The program is a hybrid format and is hosted both via zoom and at Garnet Villages in Farmington, Maine—an artist-centered cooperative living space dedicated to creativity, community, and mutual support.
