So excited for my client, Congratulations!!

Not every journey is linear… and that’s perfectly fine.
After pressing pause last year, my client came back this year with clarity, confidence, and a vision. We toured 1 home… and that was all it took. He secured this one $11k less than the list price, Seller agreed to cover $7k of his closing costs expenses and take care of $4k in maintenance and repair items before closing day. That's a win!
