Builders aren't discounting houses right now. They're buying down buyers' rates. One national builder spent about $64,500 per home on incentives last quarter, against roughly $7,500 four years ago. Sellers of existing homes can do the same thing and most have no idea. If a house has been sitting, the price isn't the only thing that's negotiable.

✈️ Spreading our wings, NWA! ✈️

I remember when the closest big airport was Tulsa. Now XNA is flying one-stop to Europe starting 2027.

Funny full-circle moment for me — I started in real estate in 2016, then joined Envoy/American in 2017. For a few years I worked both, never fully letting go of real estate even while I was deep in the airline world. Never imagined back then I'd watch XNA grow into this.

Market's not too busy right now, which means one thing for buyers: inventory to actually choose from. I work at this every single day, and this is a good window to use.

I've called NWA home since 1996, and I still get a little proud every time I see this place grow. 🛬

This restaurant has been around from before I moved back in 1996 and probably before. Glad they changed their mind about the sale. Would not be Fayetteville without Hermann's.
