💔 A LITTLE NEWS WE’RE NOT SO HAPPY ABOUT…

Starting September 15, Airbnb will be changing the way they display their fees. Instead of showing those fees separately, they’ll be incorporating them into the nightly price you see when searching for a stay.

That means you may suddenly look at our listing and think, “Whoa… Twin Peaks raised their prices!” 😳

We didn’t. ❤️

Our rates haven’t gone up. Unfortunately, Airbnb’s new pricing structure means that their fees will now be built into the price displayed to you, making our nightly rate look higher than it actually is.

And honestly, we’re a little sad about it. We love what we’ve built at Twin Peaks, and we want our guests to feel like they’re getting the best possible value when they stay with us. We wish Airbnb would make this change in a way that didn’t make it look like small hosts like us were raising our prices.

❤️ But there is another option…

If you’d like to avoid Airbnb’s fees altogether, you can always book directly with us OR through VRBO. Just send us a message and we’ll be happy to start the process with you.

Booking direct means you save on fees, and more of your money stays with you!🌲🏡

Fall colors are just weeks away
in Michigan! The first signs of changing leaves typically begin in the Upper Peninsula by mid-September before gradually working their way south. Northern Michigan follows in late September, with Metro Detroit beginning to see more color as October arrives. Dates are estimated and can vary with weather.
