About Us
PM Leach Painting provides commercial and industrial work for general contractors, manufacturing facilities, retail stores, warehouses, health care facilities and office buildings. Specializing in tenant finish, multi-family and lite industrial, we work with some of the largest general contractors in the country, as well as some of the smallest local contractors.
Working directly with owners is another one of our specialties. With our team of seasoned professionals, some having over 30 years of experience in the painting industry, we are confident we can come up with a solution for your project. We are also skilled in wall covering and special finishes, as well as specialty coatings.
Our Mission. Our goal is to provide a superior product above the competition. With our skilled and trained work force, we focus on quality, productivity and most importantly, safety. We want and expect our customers to be satisfied with the finished results.
Our History. Founded in 1963, Patrick M. Leach started PM Leach Painting after only just becoming a union painter seven years earlier. In 1984, Patrick's eldest son, Daniel began working as a project manager/estimator and as the company grew, he was promoted to VP and Director of Operations in 1988. Daniel started the process of purchasing the business from his father in 1991 and by 1995, the sale was complete and he transitioned into his new role as the company's owner/president.
