Five years ago today we closed on our home in Fernandina Beach. We visited monthly for three years, watched the market and occasionally went to some open houses. When we were ready to buy it was during covid and prices were rising. We decided to take the chance and jump in! We had a realtor who did FaceTime showings for us and we bought our house sight unseen. We were so excited to call this town our home and fulfilling our dream to live by the beach. That time was so exciting for us and it’s still the best feeling to be here. Find a realtor who still gets excited about the move and new beginnings like me! I love showing people what we loved about being here and making their dreams come true!

We are so excited about this project and making a difference for a veteran and a rescue dog!

We are incredibly proud to share that, thanks to the generosity of our agents, friends, family, customers, and community, we have now raised $10,754 toward our goal of $30,000 for Century, the service dog we are sponsoring through K9s For Warriors.

That means we are already more than one-third of the way there.

Most of these funds have come from our own agents choosing to donate a portion of their commissions from each closing, which says so much about the kind of people they are and the kind of community we are lucky to be part of.

Every dollar raised helps support the rescue, training, and placement of a service dog with a veteran in need. It is a mission that changes two lives at once.

A rescue dog gets a second chance.
A veteran gains a loyal companion.
A community gets to be part of something meaningful.

To everyone who has donated so far, thank you. Your support is helping us move closer to making this life changing partnership possible.

We still have a ways to go, but if there is one thing we know, it is that this community shows up.

We took our dogs to the beach for sun rise this morning and decided to stop and have breakfast afterwards. Shout out to T-Ray's Burger Station and their staff who graciously brought out scrambled eggs to our pups. What a nice surprise and delicious food as always!

I enjoy supporting local businesses and representing the Nassau County Chamber of Commerce as an Ambassador. It’s a great way to connect with people in our community. Today I delivered a gift of resources to Mini Drunken Noodle. What a cool restaurant on 8th Street! If you haven’t already, please give them a try!
