25 years later, remembering still matters. 🇺🇸

This morning, with permission, I quietly climbed the stadium steps—the equivalent of 110 stories—in remembrance of the first responders who climbed into unimaginable danger on September 11, 2001.

At each of the significant moments from that morning, I stopped wherever I was, removed my hat, and prayed.

This wasn't about a workout or completing a challenge. It was simply my small way of remembering the 2,977 lives lost, the families who still carry that loss, and the heroes who ran toward danger when others were desperately trying to escape it.

And today, I am equally grateful for the first responders in our own communities who continue to answer that call every day.

May we never forget. 🇺🇸

Not every successful real estate story ends at the closing table. ❤️

Sometimes my job is helping a client recognize when the best decision is to walk away—even when it’s disappointing, stressful, and definitely not the outcome either of us hoped for.

This client trusted me to help him work through exactly that. We talked through everything, and ultimately, letting the deal fall apart was the right decision for him.

He gave me this bottle of Scotch a few days later as a thank-you. 🥃

No closing. No commission. Still a win—because my job is to protect my client, not the transaction.
