Remembering this day 25 years ago brings back so many emotions. I still remember getting off the bus as a 4th grader, scared and wondering if my dad was going to have to go to war. I was terrified. I was lucky- he didn’t have to go.

Now, as a parent, my heart breaks thinking about all the children who lost a parent, family member, or loved one on this day. No child should ever have to experience that kind of loss.

Today, we remember and honor all those who lost their lives, as well as the countless firefighters, police officers, EMS workers, first responders, and everyday people who stepped up to help save lives.

Thank you to all who showed incredible courage, compassion, and selflessness 25 years ago.

Prayers for everyone carrying a heavy heart today

This position plays an important role in keeping our office organized and running smoothly while providing administrative and marketing support to our real estate agents and staff.

Responsibilities include: processing listing and sale files, answering phones and emails, working with agents to promote real estate listings on our website and social media, creating the monthly office schedule, sending monthly meeting agendas and preparing meeting notes, filing, office inventory and supply ordering, data entry, updating sales tracking spreadsheets, light office cleaning, and other general administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications: We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently. Applicants should be comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel, the internet, email, and social media platforms. Experience with Canva is a plus but not required. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can take initiative, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. This is an in-office position located in Finlayson, Minnesota.

Pay & Benefits: Starting pay is $20.00 per hour. Eligible benefits include PTO, ESST, holiday pay, and a 401(k) plan with an employer match. Medical and dental insurance are not provided with this position.
