As I prepare to celebrate my 11th Christmas as a real estate broker, I took some time to reflect on my journey.

Over the years, I’ve had a hand in helping around 500 families celebrate their first holidays in a new home. This is no small privilege. In fact, of all the many career choices I’ve made, none have given me such a wonderful opportunity to play a positive role in people’s lives.

After nearly $100M in career sales as a broker and team leader, I’ve decided to make a pivot in my career. The industry is changing, and I believe every good broker is going to create a business model that highlights their strengths and provides extreme value to their clients.

In 2025, we will begin transitioning away from a commission-based model to a salary-based advisory committee. Our team will be composed of 4 individuals, each responsible for handling various aspects of the real estate transaction as a team.

I believe that this model will allow us to provide a level of service that would be difficult to match elsewhere, and can pave the way for a new real estate experience that isn’t commonly found in Indiana or beyond.

So to each and every client I have had the privilege of serving, I wish all the best to you and your families. We welcome you to join us in this exciting new journey to carve out a new path in the real estate industry.
