Florida is WILD. 🦌🦎🐦🐢

One of the things we love about living in Northeast Florida is that you really don’t have to go far to see wildlife — sometimes you just have to look out the window.

In this week’s video, we’re sharing just a few of the visitors we’ve spotted around our own backyard. And trust us, these aren’t even close to all of them. 😂

From deer to birds to all kinds of unexpected guests, there’s always something happening around here.

Northeast Florida backyard zoo = always open.
And we absolutely love it here. 💙

NEW LISTING ALERT!!! 3 Rivergate Ln, Palm Coast

What we love most about this home is how incredibly well it has been cared for. The owners have maintained it beautifully and added so many thoughtful upgrades over the years — we even have a full features list available because there’s simply too much to fit in one post.

And the location is fantastic.

Tucked inside a gated community in the heart of Palm Coast, this home offers the convenience of lawn care included in the HOA fees, peaceful water views out back, and a community pool just down the road.

It’s comfortable, well-kept, full of useful upgrades, and located in a spot that makes everyday living easy.

We’re excited to officially bring 3 Rivergate Ln to the market!
