🏡 Big news for Flagstaff homebuyers!

At yesterday’s City Council Meeting, City Council approved a resolution expanding the Community Homebuyer Assistance Program (CHAP) to include a brand-new Permanent Affordability Pilot Program! This innovative pilot offers eligible homebuyers up to 30% of a home's purchase price in NON-REPAYABLE assistance, in exchange for securing permanent affordability through a 99-year renewable ground lease or deed restriction. Together, the existing program and the new pilot expand homeownership opportunities, support mixed-income neighborhoods, and keep homes affordable for generations to come.
