A meeting of the Simple Musings 📝

Some of our residents put together a writing group, and they have been working on a collection of stories to share. We are always amazed by the talent and creativity of our residents!

Good neighbors, great walks. 🌿

At Simple Life, the best moments are often the simplest ones, like a stroll through the neighborhood with friends. 💚

If there's one thing we know at Simple Life, it's that we love a good food truck! 🚚🌮

Food trucks are one of our favorite ways to feed a crowd at community events. Park one right at the clubhouse, and you've got delicious food and plenty of variety. The best part? No messy kitchen, just an afternoon with your dearest friends. It's always a hit with our residents! 💚

What would you do with a spare room?

A home office, a yoga den, a cozy library, a writer's retreat, or a guest room for visiting family? Choosing a two-bedroom home means more space to make your own, whatever that looks like for you. ✨

Did you know we're right in the middle of apple picking season? 🍎

Living in the mountains means some of the juiciest, tastiest apples around are grown just down the road. Make a day of it with U-pick orchards, warm c***r donuts and pumpkin picking. It's the perfect fall tradition for a crisp autumn afternoon. 🍂 If you are looking for a Sunday activity, look no further!

Character is in the details. ✨

In the kitchen, a stone-look tile backsplash meets warm open shelving for a look that's both cozy and functional. Crisp white walls contrast with rich wood ceilings, warm floors and dark trim, while matte black fixtures tie every room together. And in the bathroom? A double vanity with dual mirrors, so mornings are a little easier for everyone.

Every corner of a Simple Life home is designed with intention. Which detail is your favorite? 👇
