In case you didn't know, we are working on a major rehab in Waynesville, NC. Includes a beautiful main house of about 3700 SF and a HUGE garage we are creating a 1800 SF apartment above the garage.

The main house will be a short-term rental and the garage apartment will be a long term rental.

Major progress the past month on the Garage Apartment:

Electrical is updated & roughed in.
Added more plumbing for laundry room, 2 baths & Kitchen
Added 2 windows
Insulation is almost done
Sheetrock starts next week.
HVAC completed

I will make a video next week to share with you.
