To say this transaction was stressful is an understatement. Over 60 days under contract, repair issues, and we were forced to push the closing back 3 separate times! First time home buyers & are ANGELS for putting up with all the nonsense.

First of all — there are less buyers actively searching right now which means… less competition. 🤜🏼🤛🏼

AKA fewer offers and a higher chance of your offer being accepted.

Plus, in my experience as a realtor in Northern Kentucky, winter sellers are usually more motivated by some time sensitive life event. That means they are usually ready to get a deal done.
