After the attempted break in here I sent out some birds. Florence Police made contact with a suspicious vehicle at another apartment complex early this morning on Christmas Eve, a bit after midnight. Upon separating the occupants and interrogating them, they confessed to burglarizing vehicles in Florence, including The Meadows. They will be facing charges once I get back to work after Christmas. This is from our officer that lives here!!!

I have been made aware that someone tried to break into a vehicle here last night. So please make sure your doors are locked and nothing of value inside. Thank you!!!

I would like to take this time to wish everyone a Very Merry Christmas!! Also, let you know I will be in the office today until 2:00 and then I will be on our Christmas Holiday. Just wanted to make everyone aware our courtesy Officer text me to let me know several apartments in the area have been having problems with  vandalism and one vehicle was stolen. So if you see anything suspicious report it immediately. Hopefully they know we have cameras and they will stay away. That being said, I hope everyone has a wonderful and blessed Thanksgiving!!!

Just wanted to let everyone know over the weekend there was a Black truck that came through and checked some vehicle doors trying to get into them. From video surveillance they went down two rows the one that we could see him try to open one vehicle and it was locked so they moved on. To the next row and then left the property. Please remember to lock your vehicle so if they come back they will be very disappointed yet again.
