👉 Test the water pressure in all the facets, including shower. Many inspectors will check kitchen and outside. A weak shower in a primary during peak hours can ruin your shower experience. 👉Open every window twice to check for painted shut windows or falling windows. This can be costly to fix. 👉Check cell service in every room. Poor reception can bye annoying and a career killer for home offices. 👉Laundry hook ups upstairs or down? If there are rooms down and laundry is up. Consider if you’re up to that workout. 👉 Can two cars comfortably fit and leave room for storage? 👉Land? Walk the property line to see if there are any red flags to avoid future disputes with neighbors. 👉Check rooms and see where that morning and evening sun will come in. Are you a day sleeper? Will that morning sun keep you awake or the evening sun keep that room hot when trying to go to bed. Will you be able to grill in the evening on the back porch? 👉Look up! Are their stains? Recently painted or patched areas on the ceiling? 🏡Just a few things that can make or break your next living experience or wallet. 🔖 Your Real Estate agent should be looking for red flags, pointing things out. If they are not, consider one who will look for red flags for you.
