💥💥 So dang excited for my buyers 💥💥

They came in town at the last minute last weekend, we met first thing on Saturday morning to look at two 🏡🏡 and they knew that THIS one WAS THE ONE!

And the rest is history, we are now UNDER CONTRACT, negotiated repairs, seller credits, and appraisal came back HIGHER than sales price...ALL IN LESS THAN ONE WEEK🤩!!

S-O-L-D!!!!

This beautifully treed lot in Comanche Cove in Granbury, Texas went under contract in just 6️⃣ days after the sign went up!

It was an honor to help my friend from high school sell this lot that had been in the family for a lifetime❤️!

Happiest Closing Day to these wonderful and crazy kids right here👇🏻!

What a joy and blessing it was to work with Victor and Kristen😁.

We first started working together after they were referred to me at the beginning of June.

After my accident in July, they were my FIRST CLIENTS that I met, just as soon as I could get back to work, nearly one full month later.

I will never forget THE moment when I pulled up to the house to meet them and show them houses that day. It was a very emotionally raw moment for me, knowing that I was given a BLESSING to work and be back to WHAT I ❤️, helping people make their dream of 🏡 ownership come true!

And then we spent some time looking at several homes over the next few weeks, until they found THE ONE😁!

And then these very special people went and GOT MARRIED 💍 🥂💖!

I am so very happy that I got to be a small part of their journey and wish them nothing but the very best and a lifetime of beautiful memories in their new home🥰!

Happy Closing Day!

So excited for my clients, as they CLOSED on their VERY FIRST 🏡 TODAY!

They knew what home they wanted, we saw THE ONE and today they are !!

Not gonna lie, this one hit ALL of my heartstrings today. We stayed around talking after all of their papers had been signed, all of their questions (for the moment) had been answered, and all of the coloring books had been colored by me and their precious daughter😁, while Mom and Dad did all of the work💪🏻.

And then my client (Mom) had a flood of emotions when reality set in that they just bought a house! She had me crying and then we both needed some extra hugs…and so we did just that🥰🥰.

ONE AND DONE!

My newest clients were referred to me this past Friday.

We saw THIS ONE 🏡 on Saturday, and they knew this was THE 1️⃣!!

Offer written and submitted Sunday night!

After a 🎢 of a day yesterday where a cash buyer came in with an offer RIGHT BEFORE THE SELLER WAS ABOUT TO ACCEPT OUR OFFER…and accepted the other offer…and then it fell through almost as fast as they accepted the other offer!!!!

It’s okayyyyy…I asked the listing agent to let me know if anything changed.

AND IT DID!!!

And now MY CLIENTS ARE ABOUT TO BUY THEIR FIRST 🏡🙌🏻!!!
