As the year winds down, I’m taking a moment to reflect, and to say thank you.

This year I helped 32 amazing clients, closed over $9.2M in sales, and continued something that matters deeply to me: giving back.

Through my Community Focused Giving Program, I donate $200 per client per closing. In 2025, that meant over $6,000 donated, with 88% staying local to Fond du Lac County. I'm proud to share that since the inception of this program, my husband Mike Keenan and I have donated over $60,000, with the majority of these funds staying local.

This community has given my family and my business so much. Supporting local organizations isn’t an add-on for me, it’s a non-negotiable part of how I practice real estate.

Back in 2017, I made a promise to build my business a little differently. Instead of traditional closing gifts, I created my Community-Focused Giving Plan — donating $200 per closing to the nonprofit of my clients' choice.

Thanks to the Fond du Lac Area Foundation, we’ve been able to keep that giving spirit strong and streamlined through a fund my husband Mike Keenan and I established.

My 2024 Report to the Community

I can't believe that this spring will mark my 10 year anniversary of being a Realtor! The years have flown by - I guess that happens when you feel fulfilled in what you do!

I'm happy to report that I closed nearly $7.5M in sales in 2024 and I was able to help 30 clients of all kinds - first time home buyers, empty nesters, families transitioning from a small home to a larger home, folks going through divorce, families working through their loved one's estates, investors, and many more.

I also invested over $6,000 back into the community via my Community Focused Giving Plan, where I personally donate $200 to the nonprofit of my client's choice upon a successful closing. I’m proud to share that through this Plan which is administered through the Mike & Teresa Keenan Fund at the Fond du Lac Area Foundation my husband and I have been able to give away nearly $60,000 since its inception in 2017. More than 80% of this has stayed local to our community!

I am very grateful to the clients who trusted me with the transition of their largest asset, as well as the starting of a new chapter in their lives. I take this very seriously and it's my WHY. It's WHY I am so fulfilled in this career. Because I love knowing I am guiding people through the roller coaster that can be buying or selling a home, and I am completely committed to getting them the best results possible!
