I received a call from a couple referred to me from a past client. They wanted to sell their personal home that they had been renting for the last six years.

I toured the home and quickly saw all of the great features, but also that it needed some minor refreshing to really make it shine.

Since my clients were now living out of the area, I was able to connect them with some of my trusted contacts (Stager, House Cleaners, Plumber, Electrician, Flooring Installer, Painter). And, within a few short weeks the home looked amazing and was under contract.
