Let's talk pricing! 🤑
We start at $1.50/sq labor but most people end up around $2 to $2.50. What we call the 'Landlord special' is where everything is painted 1 color; walls, doors, trim, ceiling with min covering.

Most people have a different color trim, ceiling, crown molding etc. Because of this it takes about twice as long to prep as we have to cover crown, trim, doors, etc. 75% of a paint job is prepping!

While we are not the cheapest, we by far are not the most expensive. We want people to feel 'good' about how they are spending their money and that everyone got a fair deal. 🤗

Having been in construction and investing since I was 21 years old I've made the mistake of hiring the cheapest guy only to be left with them getting a flat tire on the way to the job, 🙄, not having the right tools, doing a terrible job or wondering if it's safe to be left alone around the person. 🤔😱

Believe it or not we EASILY go through 10+ rolls of tape on the average job. You're looking at about $100 just in TAPE for your project!

So what did we do? We outsourced with a tape supplier to not only save YOU a little bit of money, but who doesn't love some rad purple tape? 😎

In this day and age EVERY little bit of savings count! 🤗

Last year we decided to build a tiny house on wheels and 'she' has just went to her new owner!

Having done sooooo many things in real estate from flipping to building from the ground up, we wanted to tackle something out of the box, unique and most important, affordable. 🤩

With our architect and trusted contractors it came out exactly how we wanted (of course we did the painting 😉) with a lot of attention to detail and space.

At 6 months old he was on the euthanasia list at the shelter and I fell into the 'foster fail' category and here we are 3 years later running around and painting the town red. 😉🐕

If your house is worth $100k or $600k it makes no difference to us and the bid remains the same. 🤗 Some painters estimates will 'magically' increase as soon as they enter a gated community or see fancy cars in the driveway. Not us; we believe in fair pricing and smiles all around. 😁

"A house murder. A painter I hired brutalized my walls. It's a mess. There's splatter everywhere. Trails of footprints leading out to the woods. Painted fingerprints on door k***s. Caulking glopped everywhere and not smoothed out. Who does that?! It's a CRIME SCENE. I need this painter imposter arrested for violating my sheetrock!"
At Chicks Who Paint you'll never see your house left like this. We're in the business of prep up and clean up. Are we the fastest? Probably not. But Da Vincis also weren't painted in a day. 😉🖌
