Timing is always important when buying or selling a home. ⏰ In the upcoming months, the housing marketing will likely see a lot of increases in housing inventory, mortgage rates, and home prices. ⬆️

The effects of these upticks can be seen on both the seller's and buyer's end. For example, an increase in housing inventory is great for buyers because they'll have more options to pick from during their hunt for the right home. Similarly, price appreciation is a welcome prediction for sellers, as they'll be able to sell their home for more money. Additionally, rising mortgage rates may push buyers AND sellers to act more quickly than they normally would in order to get the best deal before rates go up further.
