The Default Agent Teaching real estate agents how to list and sell bank owned foreclosures known as REO and other distress properties. I am sharing my secrets here for free.

In 2006 I was a newly licensed agent at the top of the market in 2006. I taught myself how to get foreclosure listings from banks. By 2008 the market was tanking but I had plenty of business because I was listing REO properties for the countries largest lenders like Chase, US Bank and Bank of America. Don't waste your money on expensive courses or coaching.
