Intercoastal Realty has had so many wonderful guest speakers at our office meetings. This past Wednesday, Marty Kiar, Broward County Property Appraiser came in to discuss portability of property homesteads and property valuation.

I would say the most important information Marty shared was a guide to homestead and other tax-saving exemptions!
