I’ve recently spoken with several agents who did not realize that WhatsApp allows you to silence individual chats and groups without turning off notifications for the entire app.

You can reduce the noise from overly active conversations while still receiving important announcements and other time-sensitive messages.

Don’t silence all of WhatsApp. Manage your chats individually and pay attention to the messages that matter.

The Fed just raised interest rates for the first time since 2023 — bringing the benchmark rate to a range of 3.75%-4%. It’s a response to inflation running hotter than expected, and it puts some upward pressure on borrowing costs across the board.

For buyers and sellers in South Florida, this isn’t a mortgage rate move directly, but it’s a signal worth watching — especially if you’re financing with a HELOC or DSCR loan. The Fed has hinted at one more possible hike before year-end.
