Short Sale Closed!🏡
From the Sellers:
So...it is finished.
We sold the house, and I feel so much weight lifted off of me. It was a short sale, so neither one of us got any money back which is fine. This has been something hanging on back since February and it's a relief to just be done. Like I said it is a bitter Sweet moment, I can feel sadness when thinking about it just because it was our first home. But I'm more relieved to just be done with it. I want to say that I am grateful that Raleigh did what he needed to do and signed the papers, I can imagine it was hard for him, it was kinda hard on me, he can't see this right now but when he does I'd like him to know that I'm grateful he did what needed to be done and didn't fight with it. Because of his choice both me and him can buy again much sooner than we would have with a foreclosure. I hope that he will find his purpose in life to want to start over again, I hope he finds his person. The jail has been phenomenal with us during this process, Kenton county went above and beyond to make this as easy as possible considering the circumstances. Thank God.
Stacy Meece thank you for helping us through this long hard process. You have done a wonderful job.
