There’s something really special about helping first time homebuyers find the one… especially when the story comes full circle. 🏡✨

Last fall, Cameryn and Braden started their home search full of excitement and dreams for their future. The very first home we looked at was a beautiful new build in Glencoe, Kentucky. Even though it was gorgeous, something just didn’t feel quite right, and they made the difficult decision to walk away.

Months went by with searching, showing after showing, and little luck. Like many buyers in today’s market, they started feeling discouraged and wondered if they were running out of time to find the right home.

Then, out of nowhere, they heard that a relative was putting an offer on a new home and would soon need to sell theirs. The second they walked through the door, they knew. ❤️

Not only was it the most spacious home we had seen, but it was also in amazing condition, had a little bit of land, some privacy… and the craziest part? It was FOUR doors down from the very first house we ever looked at together.

Talk about a full circle moment and proof that sometimes you end up exactly where you were meant to be all along.

Homes are averaging just 28 days on market, and we’re seeing a steady flow of new listings and buyers jumping in.

Some home searches take time… and then suddenly, everything falls into place.

My clients and I have been house hunting for the last 5 months. We saw it all — DIY flips, homes with foundation and water issues, and plenty that just didn’t feel quite right.

Then we heard about a home through a mutual connection.

It wasn’t even on the market yet.
The sellers hadn’t even talked to an agent.

But the moment my clients walked in, they knew — this was the one.

So we moved quickly. Wrote up an offer, worked through negotiations… and just like that — we’re under contract.

Even better? This helped the sellers move forward with their own purchase, creating a smooth path for everyone involved.
