2022 was a landmark year for our industrial sector. Giants like Amazon, Uline, and FedEx have massively invested here, leasing millions of square feet. Despite a tight vacancy rate of just 0.7%, we're responding swiftly with about six million square feet of industrial space in the pipeline, boosting our capacity by over 13%!

Property prices are soaring, hitting all-time highs with low inventory. Factors like Hurricane Ian have not only accelerated real estate trends but also intensified supply chain issues and labor costs, affecting project expenses.

Luxury Living at its best! Geis Cos., a family-owned, multigenerational real estate company, is boosting its presence with two new industrial projects and its first venture into apartment living, The Centro apartments. Despite a delay due to Hurricane Ian, the 264-unit complex is nearing completion and will welcome its first residents in October. The Centro aims to transform living in Southwest Florida by creating a resort-style feel with amenities like a 60,000-square-foot courtyard, resort-style pool, business center, workout center, and putting green.
