Property taxes can have a real impact on the cost of owning a home in Florida.

Amendment 3 would increase Florida’s homestead exemption for non-school property taxes and lower the cap on annual assessment increases for non-homestead properties. Florida voters will have the opportunity to vote on Amendment 3 this November. Take some time to learn what’s on your ballot and make your voice heard.

Our First Ever RPCRA'S Realtor® Party Pickleball Tournament!

Our first annual RPCRA RPAC Pickleball Tournament was a huge success, bringing together RPCRA members, industry partners, and friends for a day of friendly competition, networking, and plenty of fun both on and off the court!
