Spent some time at an open house yesterday and had an interesting conversation with a buyer…

They said something that really stuck with me:

“It’s not just the home—it’s how it feels when you’re in it.”

That couldn’t be more true right now.
Buyers today aren’t just comparing square footage or price—they’re comparing the experience of each home.

Two homes can look very similar on paper, but the setting, the light, even the quiet can completely change how it feels.
