Christian Jaynes has settled in to Charlotte County. He was my first guest out of state on Airbnb and owns a farm in Indiana. His specialties is in plants and has proven he’s got the green thumb down.

Sunday we went to fisherman’s village and I told him that he absolutely no question asked take this picture.

Can you really visit Fishermen's Village for the first time and not have this photo?

Christian will be our farm hand, my bestie and Phil’s fresh air haha for the next few months. He is helping us on the Punta Gorda Property..

I share a lot with my personal brand, but sometimes I have a little something up my sleeve and my request for christian to join happened before we even put an offer on the 5 acres. Now I got “wow that would be nice”

But I am beyond thankful my request turned in to reality.

Please welcome Christian to Charlotte county, esp if you see us out and about. He is actively looking for a part time position for when he is not on our build so if you know of any please let him know.

What is Sip and Sage Co bringing to Punta Gorda?

Glamping just the bougie way.

Hot water. AC. meal kits. Swimming. Sip lounge.

But there’s a twist, it’s farm stays now. Just a bougie way.

Ofcourse 💁🏽‍♀️

The 5 acres will feature individual private set ups for short term stays. Our home stead. Community area. Farm store.

We are located about 5 mins from Punta Gorda Mud Park.

God willing we launch in December 🙏🏼✌🏼

But start to open features up this summer.

The reason for the move? To make sure we do things the legally and right way. To be able to serve more families in the county and keep the mission the same. Affordable vacations that serve a purpose. Make guest feel seen, reset their minds and bring the community together.

Last night I was having a conversation with a past guest that booked via the platform Airbnb.

I had no relationship with the guest before they booked, they never knew my story, they never saw me on Facebook.

They booked. They stayed.

They told me last night that the OG set up pulled them out of the deepest depression, that the short 2/3 night stayed legit pulled them out of their dark thoughts and gave them hope.

I came to bed and shared it with my husband, when it was shared to me I was speechless. I still am.

was created to help me fight the dark thoughts, to have hope and to make others feel seen.

He isn’t the first one that has shared something on those lines, many great stories but for some reason that one hit me hard.
